Haus of Angelic – Booking & Appointment Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service.

Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

• No same-day rescheduling is allowed.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your service total.
• This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice (no call/no show), you will be banned from booking future appointments.

Late Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.

Guests
No extra guests are allowed unless previously approved to maintain a calm and professional environment.

Payment Methods
Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment will be provided upon booking.

Fill Policy (Lash Clients)
Fills must be booked within the appropriate timeframe (2–3 weeks). Anything beyond this timeframe will be considered a full set.
